Abstract

The article discusses the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into the art and design field. The author emphasizes that AI has experienced significant growth and has been implemented in numerous disciplines, including art and design, with tools and applications for graphic design, product design, packaging design, etc. However, the integration of AI into the field of art and design raises fundamental concerns, such as the nature of art and design creation, the materials employed in the creation process, and the role of automaticity and subjective consciousness in art and design creation. The article emphasizes the need for designers and artists to consider potential problems that may arise with the incorporation of AI, such as intellectual property rights issues.
