Abstract

This article has been retracted by the Editorial Board of Cultura: International Journal of Philosophy of Culture and Axiology following a formal investigation in response to a plagiarism complaint.

The investigation determined that substantial portions of the article closely replicate the content, structure, and empirical findings of the following previously published work, without proper attribution:

Müller, M., & Kubátová, J. (2022). Existential Values and Insights in Western and Eastern Management: Approaches to Managerial Self-Development. Philosophy of Management, 21, 219–243. https://doi.org/10.1007/s40926-021-00184-y

The similarities include paraphrased text, identical thematic development, and references to the same case studies and empirical data originally collected by the aforementioned authors. These constitute a serious violation of publication ethics and academic integrity.

In accordance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines, this article has therefore been formally retracted from the journal’s website
