Abstract
The purpose of this article is to relate the code of ethics and research training at the University of Pamplona. The nature of the research is quantitative in nature with an explanatory level. Regarding the definition of the simple random sample, it was 56 teachers categorized in the Colciencias program. According to the results, a high correlation was established between the investigative processes and the moral conviction of the research teachers of the University of Pamplona, which shows the need for the investigation processes to be subject to ethical codes that lead to a practice honest and with investigative quality.
