Research on Risk Management of Cultural Industry PPP Model Based on Case Analysis

Abstract

The PPP (Public-Private-Partnership), as a new type of public-private partnership (PPP) model, has been widely used in China in recent years, involving many fields such as infrastructure, transportation, and medical care. As an important industry to satisfy people's spiritual needs, the introduction of PPP model has positive significance for the development and prosperity of cultural industry. The purpose of this paper is to explore in depth the sources of risk under the PPP model of cultural industry through case study and put forward corresponding risk countermeasures. By strengthening theoretical research and practical activities, it promotes the healthy development of PPP mode in cultural industry and injects new impetus for the development of cultural industry.
