Abstract

This paper firstly lists the business environment overview such as diversifying investment risks can promote the long-term stable development of industrial zones and the rational operation of enterprises in Shekou, increasing the convenience for foreign businessmen to negotiate projects will reduce the obstacles to the introduction of projects, and lowering the difficulty for foreign businessmen to enter the area can increase the probability of landing projects. Secondly, it is mentioned that the physical construction should take into account the all-round needs of production and life, the affairs should be handled with a sense of enterprise-centered work, and the policies should be formulated to ensure that the environment should be created in a technological, outward-looking and industrialized direction. The second part of the paper presents the experience of creating an environment that is characterized by growth at the physical level, comprehensiveness at the service level, and openness at the policy level.
