Abstract

This article focuses on how to integrate career planning education into middle school history teaching to make it conform to the requirements of the new curriculum and embody the humanistic function of the new curriculum. History Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools (2017 edition, 2020 revision) clearly points out that in order to meet the history curriculum standards, the value of education must be reflected and the humanistic quality of students must be improved. Since the reform and opening up, the middle school history discipline has taken on the important task of education. In the process of continuous social development, the middle school history course is of great practical significance to promote social development and improve students' learning ability. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of the people, we must adhere to the reform of basic education, so as to combine education with social development. In the past, schools only taught knowledge and did not pay attention to cultivating students' skills, especially comprehensive talents with entrepreneurial ability, which could not promote economic development. Career planning, combined with the subject of history, can provide students with rich knowledge and promote teaching reform. From the perspective of demonstrating the humanistic role of history curriculum, our country for a long time only focused on imparting knowledge, taking scores as the only standard to evaluate students, without combining with real life, unable to improve students' practical ability, and unable to apply the knowledge to solve practical problems. Through vocational education, the organic combination of education and social construction has been realized, and the quality and level of schools have been improved.

Abstract

Atherosclerotic disease significantly impacts patients with type 2 diabetes, who often present with recalcitrant peripheral ulcers. The angiosome model of the foot presents an opportunity to perform direct angiosome-targeted endovascular interventions to maximise both wound healing and limb salvage. A systematic review was performed, with 17 studies included in the final review. Below-the-knee endovascular interventions present significant technical challenges, with technical success depending on the length of lesion being treated and the number of angiosomes that require treatment. Wound healing was significantly improved with direct angiosome-targeted angioplasty, as was limb salvage, with a significant increase in survival without major amputation. Indirect angioplasty, where the intervention is applied to collateral vessels to the angiosomes, yielded similar results to direct angiosome-targeted angioplasty. Applying the angiosome model of the foot in direct angiosome-targeted angioplasty improves outcomes for patients with recalcitrant diabetic foot ulcers in terms of primary wound healing, mean time for complete wound healing and major amputation-free survival.
