Abstract
This research examines the philosophical relevance of Vedanta in addressing contemporary human crises, particularly the moral and spiritual challenges that persist despite material and technological advancement. This study employs a qualitative philosophical analysis of primary Vedantic texts and secondary scholarly interpretations, with particular focus on the central teaching "Tat Tvam Asi" (That Thou Art) as presented in classical Advaita Vedanta philosophy. The research reveals that Vedanta offers a transformative framework for human self-understanding by emphasizing the divine dimension within human beings, identifying the root cause of human suffering as spiritual blindness and ignorance of one's true nature. The philosophy's message of universal oneness provides a foundation for addressing social conflicts, exploitation, and interpersonal disharmony. The study concludes that Vedanta's teachings on human spiritual potential, universal oneness, and self-realization offer a comprehensive philosophical solution to contemporary moral and spiritual crises, providing a pathway toward individual and collective well-being that transcends material limitations.
